     Emails are returned and orders are checked throughout the day  Monday- Friday 9:00am- 3:00pm CST.    I do check email periodically throughout the weekend as well.  I am always ready to help you figure out the right gift for someone, or to pick out just the right thread color to match an item.  Please email me before or shortly after you place your order if you have any questions.

 

     Just about all of the items are custom made when ordered.  The average time that it takes for an item to ship is from 3 to 5 days, however, please pay close attention to the product descriptions as some items do take longer to ship. I use both US Mail (with delivery conformation) and Fed Ex to ship orders.  If you have a preference in how you would like your order shipped, please let me know.

 

      I will gladly replace any defective item, as long as you let me know about the problem within 5 days of receiving your order.  The replacement will be the exact same item... just without the defect. You can trust that I will work hard to make it right as fast as possible. 

      A little note about canceling orders:  Most of the time, I get to work on an order very soon after receiving it.  I do manage to get many orders in the mail on the same day the order is placed.  Once an item has been altered by placing embroidery on it, I am unable to cancel an order.  This has been a costly lesson for me in the past, so the standing policy is that no custom orders will be able to be cancelled or altered once completed, and all orders must be paid for in advance.
